1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and j8ph ("j8ph," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at j8ph.one. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the j8ph platform — including its website, games, promotions, and support services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the j8ph platform and close your account. Continued use of j8ph following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms apply to all users of j8ph, including registered players, guests browsing the platform, and any person accessing j8ph from within the Republic of the Philippines or from any other jurisdiction where access to j8ph is legally permitted.

2 Eligibility & Age Verification

To register and use j8ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required by Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Philippine law.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing j8ph from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of j8ph, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from j8ph or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized responsible gaming authority.

Age Verification Process

j8ph is legally required to verify the age and identity of all players before processing any withdrawal. As part of our Know Your Customer (KYC) process, you may be required to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Philippine passport, driver's license, SSS ID, UMID, PhilSys National ID, or PRC ID)
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement, or government correspondence dated within the last three months)
• Proof of payment method ownership (screenshot of GCash or PayMaya account, or bank statement)

3 Account Registration

To access j8ph's full range of games and services, you must create a registered account. By registering, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered j8ph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or mobile numbers — is strictly prohibited. j8ph employs automated systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be suspended immediately.
• Any bonuses, free bets, or promotional credits associated with duplicate accounts will be forfeited.
• Balances in duplicate accounts may be withheld pending investigation.
• The player's primary account may also be subject to review and suspension.

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your j8ph account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online service.
• Enable SMS two-factor authentication on your account.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify j8ph support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

j8ph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Account Closure

You may request closure of your j8ph account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Upon closure, any remaining balance (subject to verification of identity and satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within the standard processing timeframe.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on j8ph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). j8ph does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies, and does not accept cryptocurrency of any kind.

Accepted Payment Methods

j8ph accepts the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals:

• E-wallets: GCash, PayMaya / Maya
• Bank Transfer: BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank
• Debit Cards: Philippine-issued debit cards linked to eligible bank accounts

Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit: ₱100 (subject to change; current limits are displayed on the deposit page).
• Deposits are credited to your j8ph wallet upon confirmation from the payment provider, typically within seconds for GCash and PayMaya.
• j8ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are prohibited.

Withdrawal Terms

• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification.
• Minimum withdrawal: ₱500 (subject to change; current limits are displayed on the withdrawal page).
• Withdrawal requests are processed within one (1) to three (3) business days, subject to identity verification and any applicable wagering requirements.
• j8ph reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with PAGCOR's anti-money laundering requirements.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

j8ph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated on each individual promotion page, in addition to these general Terms.

General Bonus Terms

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements, which must be satisfied before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are stated clearly on each promotion.
• Bonuses are credited in Philippine Peso and are valid only for use on the j8ph platform.
• Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash, or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
• j8ph reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Players who are found to be abusing bonus offers — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated betting patterns, or other fraudulent means — will have their bonuses forfeited and their accounts suspended.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on j8ph are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• All Random Number Generator (RNG) games on j8ph are independently certified for fairness by accredited testing laboratories.
• Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment monitored by multiple cameras and independent oversight.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, j8ph reserves the right to void the affected round and return all wagers to the players involved.
• j8ph's decision on all game outcomes and disputes is final, subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.
• Players must not use any software, tool, or method designed to gain an unfair advantage, including but not limited to bots, scripts, or exploit-based strategies.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the j8ph platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine authorities:

• Registering or using j8ph if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating or operating more than one j8ph account.
• Using j8ph for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence tools to play games or exploit promotions.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise interfere with j8ph's platform, software, or security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward j8ph staff or other players.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the j8ph platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements — is the intellectual property of j8ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the j8ph platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any j8ph content without our prior written consent.

9 Privacy & Data Protection

j8ph collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. By registering on j8ph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10 Responsible Gaming

j8ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of problem gambling among its players. We provide the following responsible gaming tools to all registered players, accessible at any time from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks).
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from j8ph. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, j8ph's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

j8ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the j8ph platform, even if j8ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

j8ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue any part of the platform at any time for maintenance, regulatory compliance, or other operational reasons.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be submitted to j8ph's internal dispute resolution process. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution procedures.

For disputes that cannot be resolved through PAGCOR's procedures, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
